Readiness is measurable
Six dimensions, asked consistently of every impacted group, scored on published thresholds. The rules are on the framework page, and no AI computes a score.
Every artefact should trace back to evidence
Impact, resistance, sponsor and comms plans are derived from your own diagnostic data, never from a template you fill in by hand.
The people running the change should run the tool
No implementation project, no certification requirement. The platform is priced and scoped to be run by the practitioner or the change lead directly.

Built by a practitioner, for practitioners.
Echelon Labs was founded by Jean Pascal Max Azie on a straightforward observation: the tools available to change management practitioners are either too generic, too expensive, or too inaccessible to be genuinely useful at scale.
The intellectual property

Developed independently
The Qognexus™ Framework is an original six-dimension change readiness model developed independently by Echelon Labs. It is not a repackaged methodology, not a licensed framework, and not a derivative of any existing practitioner model.
Documented and registered
The instruments are independently developed, documented and formally registered as proprietary intellectual property of Echelon Labs, with trademark applications filed across EU, UK and US jurisdictions.
Licensed for delivery, not for resale
Practitioners using Qognexus™ instruments hold a limited licence for their own programme delivery. It does not convey rights to reproduce, adapt or commercialise the instruments.
