Pricing questions
Do I need to buy a full package upfront?
No. The Qognexus™ Quick Diagnostic is a self-contained one-off product. You receive a scored output, a readiness heatmap, and a recommendation path. It has real value without committing to anything further.
What's the difference between a one-off and a subscription?
Diagnostic and Blueprint are one-off, fixed-scope purchases. A baseline and a plan are artefacts you keep, so we don't charge monthly for you to keep looking at them. Assure is a subscription because it delivers continuous measurement. Managed Assurance is an annual retainer.
How does annual billing work?
On the recurring tiers, paying annually gives you two months free: you pay for ten. Switch to Yearly above to see annual pricing.
Can a small company and a large enterprise buy the same package?
Yes, and that is the point. Every Business package runs the same instruments; scope (groups, programmes, cadence) is the only variable. A smaller organisation buys the low end of the scope brackets, a larger one the high end.
I'm a consultant. Can my client subscribe to Assure after my engagement?
Yes. Your practitioner licence covers Diagnose and Design delivery. When a client wants continuous governance, Assure becomes their subscription on their own contract, with full continuity of the data you built together.
What happens to a client company when the engagement ends?
It stays in your account read-only, with its assessment history intact for reference and re-baselining. The slot it uses stays used, because a client company is a company you have worked with, not a seat you rent. If that client later buys their own Business plan, they take ownership of their data and can end your access.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Qognexus™ Quick Diagnostic is the entry point and is designed to deliver real, stand-alone value. See the current Quick Diagnostic pricing above. Subscription tiers do not have a free trial: you should pay for what you use, and what you use should be worth paying for.
